So it Begins...
Members Tommy Shugart, Chuck Magid, David Vanegas, and Harry Ong of TGO wrap up an incredible two week run backing Kaleigh Baker! The band also included legendary musicians Jeff Nolan on guitar, Rion Smith of Shak Nasti on drums and Justin Martin on Bass for the Nov 20 & 21 shows!
The two week run began on friday November 20 at Crowbar in Ybor City, FL opening for New Orleans funk powerhouse Dumpstaphunk. The line was wrapped around the building as the crowd rolled in for a much anticipated musical throw down.

Night 1 with Fat Night & Bjorn Jacobsen!
After a family filled Thanksgiving the crew, this time joined by Harry Ong on bass and Chris Charles on Sax, prepared for their biggest shows of the two week run. Back to back nights at Wills Pub in Orlando, FL for Kaleigh Bakers official CD Release Party!
For the two night event Kaleigh put together two killer line-ups of music. First on Friday November 27th the bill included Orlando's very own Fat Night and Winston Salem's Bjorn Jacobsen! Bjorn kicked off the night with an attention grabbing acoustic performance blending rock and soul for a heartfelt show. Followed by Central Florida's Fat Night who is always guaranteed to bring a huge crowd and a Soul filled performance with vocal harmonies that will have you singing for days. This show SOLD OUT right before Fat Night hit the stage packing in hundreds of people at Will's Pub for a night that will surely be remembered. Following Fat Nights performance it was time for the Main Event. Kaleigh Baker and the band hit the stage around 12midnight fusing Rage, Rock, Soul, and a bottle of Jim Beam for the much anticipated performance. Kaleigh Performed every song off of her new album "Weary Hours" including a solo acoustinc performance of fan favorite "Big City Lights" followed by Kaleigh Classics "Sugardaddy, The Weight Of It All" and a funky cover of "Break in the Road"! With an erupting crowd it was impossible not to give them what they wanted... "ONE MORE"! Kaleigh cued the band for one final song, "Turtle Blues" a cover by Janis Joplin, which featured Tommy Shugart on guitar and Chris Charles on saxophone! The crowd went wild while Kaleigh smashed the mic stand on the stage thanking the packed room filled with friends and family. It is safe to say that night one of the Will's Pub double header was a special experience. As the crowd dispersed many wanted more and refused to leave without getting a ticket for night two!
Night 2 with The Groove Orient & Terri Binion!
After a SOLD OUT night one performance the crowd arrived early and eager for night two! The november 28th show was SOLD OUT by 9:45pm! The Groove Orient kicked off the evening at 10pm with a classic set which included "Mother Mary, Dead Dog Blues, Let's Go, Lonely Road, Bad Man, I am the Slime (Frank Zappa), and Bananas. Following The Groove Orient was Terri Binion with an acoustic performance with vocals so soothing you would close your eyes and feel as if you were floating away. Once again back for round two Kaleigh Baker showed up to give the attendees what they wanted! A show to remember and the album to go with it. Kaleigh Baker performed her album "Weary Hours" live once again for a crowd that refused to stay home. With a matching set list as the night before Kaleigh guaranteed the crowd an equally as energetic show which was the perfect fairy tale ending to this two week endeavor. The crowd was once again in awe of the vocal talent of this rising star. Memories were made that will only be matched by fans next Kaleigh Baker show... which could be sooner than you think!
